Learn how to enable and configure mobile app Modules—pre-built pages designed for specific ministry functions, such as Giving or Sermons—including how to customize their names, icons, and menu order.
What are Mobile App Modules?
Mobile app Modules appear as menu items (pages) within your mobile app. Each is pre-designed for a specific ministry purpose. For example, the Giving or Sermons Modules are pre-built to display your primary donation form or sermon media in a mobile-friendly manner.
For example, refer to the Sermons Module below and observe how each Module is presented as a menu item.
How to Enable Modules
In the left sidebar, expand Modules and select Enable Modules. A screen displaying your available modules will appear (below).
Eleven modules are available; four require Integration with our People software (these appear under the Enable People Features heading).
- To enable a module, slide the toggle to the right.
- Once a module is enabled, its name will immediately appear in the sidebar menu, underneath "Enable Modules."
- To configure each Module, click its name in the sidebar menu.

Pro Tip: Some Modules can be creatively used for multiple purposes. Don't let our naming conventions limit your imagination.
Example: The Contact Module displays two forms of your choice. Instead of contact or prayer forms, you could easily change the name to 'Volunteer' and promote two unique volunteer sign-up forms for key ministry needs.

Can Module Names or Icons be Changed?

Yes! When configuring any Module, change the name by clicking the Edit (Pencil) icon. Change the icon by clicking on the icon image. (example below).
Can Modules be Re-Ordered in the Menu?
- Yes! In the sidebar menu, click Design > Menu, then click and drag to reorder your Modules and custom pages. Learn more about re-ordering mobile app menu items.
What is the difference between a Module and a Custom Page?
- Modules: A Module is a pre-built mobile app page designed for a specific purpose. While you can customize some aspects, other elements are static to ensure a streamlined user experience.
- Custom Pages: Custom Pages can be created under the Pages sidebar menu item. These are free-form mobile app pages where you can add any content of your choice using the five available types of content blocks. Learn more about Custom Pages.
