Use the Events module to display unique forms you've created for Event Registration and other helpful purposes.
Pro-Tip: As long as a form is assigned the "Event Registration" category, it will appear in this module. That makes Events highly versatile for purposes well beyond event registration.
Example: you might include forms for small-group sign-ups, communication opt-in lists, or even display creatively built sermon note forms!
Best Practice: Use a form with an image!
The image displayed with your event is the header image for your event form. Use an image to grab attention!
Setup & Configuration:
Rename the Events Module (optional)
Like other modules, you can customize the display name or icon for Events by selecting the Pencil icon or clicking the Menu Icon box. Change the icon or name to something of your choice (ex: "Coming Soon" or "What's Up?"). Note: 12-character limit.
Configure how Your Forms Display
If you'd like to highlight a single event form at the top of the Events module, Toggle on the Featured Event button, then use the Display Preference Dropdown to select which event you would like to highlight.
Grid vs. List Layout
Use the Grid Layout Toggle button (above) to select if you'd like your forms to appear in list view (lower left) or grid view (lower right).
Important! Again, for a form to appear within the Events module, it must have the Event Registration form category applied.
If an event is not appearing, open the Forms Manager, select your form, click Form Properties, and scroll down to the Categories heading (screenshot below).
Note: While a date is not required, we recommend including one to organize your events chronologically in the App.
My Events Tab
The My Events Tab displays any events an individual has registered for.
This can be super helpful when you can't remember if you signed up for an event or not 😉
