Add a Project
After accessing the Mobile App in your account, you'll land on the Projects page. Click the (+) icon to create a new project. Name your project with your organization's name, then click Start Project.
What are Projects? Projects are unique versions of your App. When you're getting started, just use one.
If your App is live and you want to make significant changes, creating a new project can help hide your work from the public until you're ready to publish. Only one Project can be published (visible to your community) at a time.
Configure the General Information Screen
After creating a project, you'll be taken to the General Info Screen. Fill out these three simple fields.

Ministry Name: The name you would like displayed on the app for your organization.
- Description: A short welcome message and description of what your community can do within your app. For example...

Name of Your App (optional): Typically used for your ministry name. Text entered here will appear in the header of your mobile app, to the right of your logo image (example below).
- Note: This field has a 12-character limit to ensure the name fully displays across all mobile screen sizes. If your ministry name is long, you may need to use abbreviated wording.

Address: The physical meeting address of your organization.
- Note: Your Meeting Location address is used to geotag your organization when your community searches for your ministry by location after downloading the App (e.g., by zip code). Double-check for accuracy.
Pro-Tip: The information you enter here will also appear on the pre-created promotion page we create for you. This page provides buttons to download your app, saving your community from having to search for your App by Ministry Name, Address, or Zip Code. Learn More and see it here!
Add Your Logo
Adding your logo increases the branded look and feel of your Mobile App. It appears in three places.
- Most notably, within your mobile app, at the top left of the header.
- After installing the Mobile App, on the search results screen, when users search for your ministry
- On the pre-created promotional page that links directly to your app (saving your users from searching, #2 above).
Note: Your image file must be at least 372px x 372px and in JPG or PNG format. Once you upload your logo, you can crop and adjust your image.
Pro-Tip: If possible, we suggest using just the "image" portion of your logo, as you'll need to crop it to a 1:1 (square) ratio, which will appear as a circle.
Remember, the text you enter in the Ministry Name field will appear immediately beneath your logo (see example below).
